香港人工作繁忙,經常熬夜及不健康飲食非常傷肝!據統計,香港有100萬人患脂肪肝,而脂肪肝更有機會演變成肝癌,後果嚴重。

台灣營養師高敏敏在Instagram專頁發文,指出熬夜、嗜甜等不良習慣非常傷肝,卻不易察覺,長久而言或導致病變。她鼓勵都市人可趁著冬天多吃15種養肝食物,幫肝臟大掃除,預防脂肪肝及肝癌。

少吃加工油炸食品及甜品
高敏敏提醒,肝臟對人體非常重要,不僅有解毒作用,還會幫助身體代謝、合成等。而且,身體吃進的營養素,也都要透過肝臟才能分送到其他器官。
因此,高敏敏督促,平日多注意護肝,除了吃養肝食物,也可以多吃原型食材;務必要少吃加工食品、油炸等高熱量食物。另外要避免甜食 ,因吃過多的糖也會使肝臟脂肪堆積,容易形成脂肪肝,增加患肝癌機率。
